CentovaCast up, Servers Down

I'm currently streaming and the stream is up and can get to my station when I check my ShoutCast server area: http://us4.internet-radio.com:8069/index.html?sid=1

I can log into Centova Cast, but cannot control anything to do with my stream. Which means I cannot turn on my autoDJ.

I've tried "starting" my server, to no avail.

Why are they down, and will we receive compensation for this unschedule outage?

This is what I'm seeing in CentovaCast: "Unable to access account for radiofreemmo: Cluster host connection failure for us4: Connection timed out (110)"

"02:43 AM: Station is offline (Unable to access account for radiofreemmo: Cluster host connection failure for us4: Connection timed out (110))"
